In my role as an Industrial Psychologist and Career Coach, I specialise in empowering individuals to pursue fulfilling and purpose-driven careers. I aim to guide clients in clarifying their career goals, enhancing their professional behaviours, and unlocking their innate potential. My approach aims to foster personal growth and development while also optimising organisational functioning and well-being.
You are more than your job title and your career deserves to reflect the person you’re becoming.
Whether you’re at a crossroads, feeling disconnected in your current role, or searching for work that feels more aligned, I support professionals who want more than just success – they want authenticity, purpose, and inner stability.
My approach to career coaching is different. It’s not about quick fixes or generic advice. It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and moving forward from a place of calm clarity where your nervous system is supported, your values are honoured, and your next steps feel genuinely right.
This work is about aligning your outer choices with your inner knowing.
You don’t have to hustle or “fix” yourself to move forward.
With the right support, nervous system awareness, and a clear sense of self, you can take meaningful steps toward a career that feels aligned – not just in theory, but in your body and your heart.
At the core of my approach is HEART, a coaching framework that blends character development, values-based decision-making, and nervous system regulation. It’s designed to help you move forward in a sustainable, self-honouring way.
Hold Values as Your Compass
We begin by clarifying what you stand for – your non-negotiables, motivators, and vision of meaningful work. These become your compass for making decisions, navigating transitions, or saying no when needed.
Engage the Inner Landscape
This is where we get curious about your mindset, patterns, fears, and longings. We also tune in to what your body is telling you, noticing tension, ease, resistance, or excitement. It all matters.
Act with Courage and Integrity
We craft thoughtful, values-aligned action whether that’s a tough conversation, a career change, or a brave next step. I support you in taking action at a pace your nervous system can tolerate, building real confidence without burnout.
Reflect and Recalibrate
Career growth is dynamic. You’ll gain new insights, experience setbacks, and discover strengths along the way. We create space to pause, learn, and recalibrate – always in service of your evolving goals and identity.
Tend to the Whole Human
You are not just a professional. You are a full human being. We consider your energy, wellbeing, relationships, and personal dreams. When your whole self is considered, your career choices become more sustainable and satisfying.
Life isn’t always linear. Sometimes we find ourselves in a season of questioning, in-between identities, unsure of the next step, or simply longing for something more true. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself.
Coaching offers a safe, supportive space to explore all of that – with curiosity, care, and compassion.
My approach honours both the whole person and the nervous system behind the experience. That means we work not only with your thoughts and goals, but also with your emotions, energy, and the signals your body is sending. When you feel safe and grounded, real transformation becomes possible.
Together, we make space for reflection, inner clarity, and aligned action – gently, courageously, and at your pace.
Coaching with me is about becoming more of who you truly are, not through pressure, but through presence.
It’s about reconnecting with your calm, your courage, and your capacity to create meaningful change.
At the centre of my coaching is HEART, a character-based, values-led framework that brings together personal growth and nervous system awareness.
Each step helps you move forward in a way that feels meaningful, embodied, and sustainable:
Hold Values as Your Compass
Your values are the foundation of a life that feels aligned. We start by naming what matters most to you and we keep coming back to that as your anchor, especially in times of confusion or transition.
Engage the Inner Landscape
This is where we slow down and listen inward. We explore your thoughts, emotions, inner narratives, and the subtle cues your nervous system may be sending helping you meet yourself with compassion and understanding.
Act with Courage and Integrity
When you’re clear on your values and attuned to your body, you can make choices that feel bold and right. We explore actions that stretch you but never push you into overwhelm. You get to move at a pace that feels safe, while still being brave.
Reflect and Recalibrate
Growth is rarely a straight line. We pause often to integrate, celebrate, or shift direction. These check-ins help you stay grounded, self-aware, and open to learning as you go.
Tend to the Whole Human
You are not a problem to solve, you are a person to support. We hold space for your emotional world, your relationships, your energy, and your sense of purpose. This is where coaching becomes more than just achieving goals – it becomes soul nourishment.

An Industrial Psychologist is a registered professional within the field of psychology. Industrial Psychologists work with individuals, teams and organisations to enhance organisational functioning, effectiveness and wellbeing. Industrial Psychologists work in areas such as change management, organisational development, psychometric assessments, coaching and employee health and wellness.
While both psychologists, there are differences in the scope of practice between a Clinical and Industrial Psychologist. Clinical Psychologists assess, diagnose and treat psychopathologies (but not limited to just this) and psychological conditions and problems using psychotherapy. Industrial Psychologists, on the other hand, apply psychological principles in the workplace to work with individuals, teams and organisations to enhance organisational functioning and effectiveness. They study and work with human behaviour in the workplace.
There are some overlaps between coaching and counselling but also some distinct differences. Counselling focuses mainly on working with the past and present to manage and heal emotional pain. Coaching focuses mainly on the present and future whereby an individual identifies goals and develops action plans as a way to achieve their goals. This can have a personal or professional focus. Both approaches aim to bring about a greater sense of self awareness, with counselling focusing on healing and coaching focusing on goals and self-development.
The assessment battery (the collection of assessments used) are determined based on what you are hoping to achieve or uncover through the psychometric assessment process. In the contracting process of beginning psychometric assessments, the assessments that will be administered will be determined to suit your individual needs and goals.
It is a great starting point that you have an awareness about an opportunity for positive change or enhancement within your team or organisation. Pippa will work alongside you to uncover your team or organisation’s particular needs and how to best support your team or organisation’s unique needs and challenges.
