Endings are often uncomfortable - whether it’s resigning from a role, navigating grief, or closing a chapter that once felt certain.

Yet endings carry power. They ask us to pause, to reflect, and to make meaning of what has been. When we allow ourselves to process endings rather than rush past them, we create space for clarity, healing and intentional new beginnings.

In my work, I often see how unprocessed endings show up later as burnout, anxiety or self-doubt. Supporting people through transitions - professional and personal - is about acknowledging loss, honouring what mattered, and moving forward with awareness rather than avoidance.

What started as a small idea and a lot of courage has grown into a business filled with meaningful conversations about careers, leadership, growth, and purpose.

I’ve recently completed Level 1 training in BrainW

I’ve recently completed Level 1 training in BrainWorking® Recursive Therapy (BWRT®) and am now integrating it into my practice.

BWRT works with the brain’s automatic response patterns, helping shift anxiety, imposter syndrome, burnout and confidence blocks - without reliving painful experiences in detail.

It aligns deeply with my belief in supporting individuals come up with their own, personalised solutions.
