All products sold through this shop are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive your product via email or instant download.

Please ensure that the email address you provide at checkout is correct. If you experience issues accessing your product, you are welcome to reach out for support using the contact details below.

2. Payment

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

3. Refund Policy

Because digital products cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical error on the shop’s side
  • A faulty file that cannot be accessed (and only if a replacement file cannot be provided)

If you lose access to your purchase, I will do my best to assist within reason and at my discretion.

  • An email containing your file or download instructions

If you do not receive your download within 30 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it is still missing, contact me and I’ll assist as soon as possible.
